The local Tywyn mainline railway station is approx. 3 miles from the village of Llanegryn.

By car, turn left to the village of Llanegryn from the A493 Tywyn/Dolgellau main route, Cefn Coch is immediately on the left.
Car parking is at the rear of the property, accessible through driveway gates and driveway adjacent to the house.
The Front entrance serves as a drop-off and unloading point and is approached via a garden gate and two wide steps. Porterage service is standard.
Rear entrance is approached from car park by a slightly sloped grit pathway. The pathway is lit by automatic lighting by night.
The house is on two levels, ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor is level throughout with traditional Welsh Slate floors which are in places covered by occasional rugs and mats.
All bedrooms are on the first floor which is approached by a flight of stairs with eleven steps (there is a hand rail to the left hand side as you climb the stairs) onto a landing and two further steps to bedrooms.
Corridors are well lit.
The stairs and bedrooms have fully fitted carpets.
There are three ensuite bedrooms with shower wash basin and toilet. The ensuite floors have a floor tile covering.
The other two rooms are equipped with vanity units and have a shared but separate toilet and bathroom. The toilet floor has a floor tile covering. The bathroom has a fully fitted carpet covering.
Cordless kettles are standard.
Waiter/Waitress service is standard.
Menus can be provided in large print.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Mobile phone signals have a poor reception in the area of the house, but signals can be obtained within the local area. A payphone is available in the reception area.
